ELO Rating Each player has a numeric rating (starting at 1500). Wins earn points, losses cost points. The amount exchanged depends on the rating gap — beating a stronger opponent earns more, losing to a weaker opponent costs more.

Swap Places Players are ordered by position on the ladder. If a lower-ranked player beats a higher-ranked player, they swap positions. If the higher-ranked player wins, the positions stay the same.

Do players need to create accounts?
